Woooooooopeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Little brag!!!

Rocker took RWD and ran off with the Best Puppy in Specialty Show at last weekend's specialty show!! It was a blistering hot afternoon and Rocker was refusing to move because of the heat!

Here's him in the "showdown" against the puppy bitch...


The happy boy!! Everyone commented that he was the only dog smiling & wagging his tail constantly!!

oh Mole, you must be bursting with pride, what a gorgeous boy he is!!

What is a speciality show? Would it be like our champ shows?

Em, a specialty show is one that is not an all breeds show, eg Gundog Specialty, Breed Specialty. The judge is also supposed to be a group or breed specialist. In the USA, I heard that it is more prestigious to win in a Specialty show than a an all breeds show. But they have waaaaaaaaaaaaay more dogs than us and their judges are also mostly specialists!! LOL

Thanks Bonnie! He can be a bit thick headed at times.. We always feel that he is sniggering at us all the time!!

Just spoke with Connie & amazing results today!

Razz won Best Puppy in Breed today the Kilbride show and then went on to the GR Specialty Show where he won Best Puppy in show!!!!!!!!!! Connie notes that Razz handled wonderfully and received glowing commendation from the Judge!

To make things better, Razz's sister, Bimmer won her Puppy classes today in both shows!!!!!!!

A fellow training partner, Don, won BEST IN SHOW with Sonny in the Specialty with Connie's Logan winning Special Merit!

All in all, an absolutely wonderful day (that I missed)

So, just finishing off the wedding stuff then hitting the road for a 4 hour trip to Toronto. Razz enters in the Kilbride show @ 8:00 am and then the GR Specialty @ 10:40 am
