I'm a bit upset today, as my son called this morning to say they had been burgled in the night. He woke up to see a man looking round the bedroom door!! :speechlesssmiley Luckily this scared them off (there were 2 of them) They took the laptop, his digital camera & a playstation consule, that they had taken the trouble to unplug!! Alex (my sons g'f) is a bit shaken up obviously, but is trying to joke about it. She said as she was dreaming when Tony woke her she thought it was a giant mouse coming in the bedroom. :laughingsmile The police said there was another break in in a house round the corner & the boot prints match. The house was totaly stripped & they even got the car keys & stole the car!! Its at times like this when I wish they lived nearer so I could just give them both a big hug.

oh thats awful...how scary for them to have come into the bedroom like that, I would have been beside myself. At least they are both ok and thats the main thing...I hope they catch the morons that do this kind of thing.

wow.... thats scary! the nerve of someone to come and do something like that especially if they were in the house! I'm just glad they were okay and not hurt. I hope the police catch these people and they can recover their things.

Pretty bad when the bad guys are breaking into homes seemingly aware but not caring at all that people living there are sleeping in their bedrooms.

Oh my. how very scary for your Son & his g/f. So happy to hear they are both fine---they must have been very scared. Hopefully they will catch the fools who did this.

That just happened two doors down from me at my neighbors house. Of course we all know it was the drug dealer and friends. Broke out a window in his new truck.

OMG! Its scary enough when you come home to being burgled but when you are there ---- that's just nerve!!! Hope they catch them and put them away for a long time!
