Had 3 concurrent shows on Sunday, 15 Feb 2009. It was tiring running around the ring and from one ring to another! :D

Only managed to tape two of the shows because hubs wasnt there the whole day... :(

Overall, we walked away empty handed from this show... Better luck next time! :D

Oh wow! You girls look great & Rocker made me smile, he looks like he is having so much fun, but please can I play with the other dogs? :laughingsmile He is doing great, what a handsome boy.

Oh, you all looked great! In spite of what you said about not winning anything I found myself cheering Dyna on, "Come on, Dyna! You can do it!" :laughingsmile

Rocker's ring experience is so positive! He's haveing a ball in there and as you said, that's what its all about. One of the top Golden's ever her in the states used to grab his ribbon in his mouth and prance around the ring with it! He was known for this. He always had a good time in the ring and it paid off big time for him.

We were at the International show here yesterday. 145 Goldens entered! Jazz's breeder was there with 3 of their dogs. Its soooo politcal here! The Golden judge was trained under one of the other breeders and he put HER Golden up over much better dogs. It was soooo obvious to everyone! The dog he put up was too tall, too long, didn't have the proper coat and had an absolutely horrible tail set! I mentioned this to the friends we were with then Jazz's breeder came over and said the same thing! He said, "well, we may as well just pack up and go home now!" To show a Golden here you have to be really good at taking rejection!

As we walked around the show I came upon a gorgeous Great Pyrenees in an ex. pen. His owner was standing there and as I was loving the dog up we were talking. She said he had already shown and she was ready to go home because the judge told her that her dog was at least 10 pounds too heavy. I felt him and once you got through all that coat you could feel his ribs just the way you are supposed to. The judge obviouslt wanted to put up his friend's dog!

Anyway you, Dyna and Rocker looked wonderful!
